Some projects need more than advice — they need someone inside the team, running the plan. Studio X’s founder takes a small number of embedded engagements: contract project management for organizations mid-flight on ERP, CRM, or ITSM implementations, systems integrations after an acquisition, or AI-era initiatives that need a PM who can read the technical layer.
The difference from a pure-process PM: twenty years as a developer and business systems analyst before the PM title. When the integration team says something can’t be done, he can open the spec and check.
